LongmontFYI.com is running an interesting review of Netflix, Blockbuster and Walmart, where they checked out each company with the Better Business Bureau:
Netflix: To boost its record, Netflix has a satisfactory record with the Better Business Bureau. There are no late fees, no due dates, and because the company sends a pre-paid return envelope to the Denver warehouse from which each DVD is delivered, no shipping fees.
Blockbuster: Rated unsatisfactory by the Better Business Bureau, Blockbuster.com has received its fair share of complaints “regarding billing and dissatisfaction with the company’s service,” according to the BBB.
Walmart: But it does have some positive attributes, including the free shipping and no late fees also enjoyed by Blockbuster.com and Netflix.com customers, as well as a satisfactory record with the Better Business Bureau.
