Netflix Partners with "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire"
Netflix is partnering with Who Wants to be a Millionaire to find movie fans for a February, 2006 week-long special, "Million-Dollar Movie Week."
"Millionaire" and Netflix will be traveling to five cities to find contestants for "Million-Dollar Movie Week." Auditions will be held in San Diego (Monday, July 25), Houston (Wednesday, July 27), Minneapolis (Friday, July 29), Chicago (Monday, August 1) and Miami (Wednesday, August 3). Those who audition will be given the opportunity to win Netflix memberships and other merchandise.
Auditions are from 9am to 4pm and you'll have to pass a multiple-choice test to score an interview with a producer. You can also try out for the regular show and take another test to see if you're Millionaire material. Season 4 will be hosted by Meredith Vieira.

No Regis, no watchie. :)

No watchie period. Regis is an old geezer! I hope ABC drops him as well from the morning show. He just rambles on & on. I haven't watched the old fart in years!
Him and William Shatner should team up!

Him and William Shatner should team up! With Shatner's pauses & Regis' yelling, they would be quite a pair.

I like the show. It's exciting to see how much a person knows and how much money they will win.

Millionaire is no longer relevant. It's a half-hour syndicated show. Maybe when it was a primetime ABC network production, I'd think different.

Why doesn't Netflix stop all these extra-curricular activities, and get back to their core competency, which should be shipping DVDs in a timely fashion.
