When I read about a neat trick on the Netflix Fan blog on how to use Feedburner to display your Netflix queue, I realized that it was also easy to do in TypePad. TypePad recently added the ability to display any RSS feed on your blog, and Netflix conveniently publishes your queue as a RSS feed.
To add your queue to your TypePad blog, go to Netflix.com, click on the RSS link at the bottom of every page, and copy the link for your queue. Go to TypePad, select "design," and "change content selections." On the lower right side you'll see an option to add "feeds." Select "add a new feed" and paste the link to your Netflix queue. That's it. You can view the top 5 movies in my queue on the right side of this page.

If you're using Movable Type there are several Netflix plugins (search for "Netflix"), but I haven't tried any of them yet. I've setup a test Movable Type blog, and I'll be testing them soon.
If you're wondering what the fuss about RSS is all about, I've written an article about RSS and why it's important.
For all you Wordpress devotees, there's a plugin for you too. You can check it out at:

You have the ability to add either your queue (you can limit it to however many items you want to show) or you're recently shipped. You can see it in action at the site above or at my site on the sidebar. Cool little toy.

I'm interested in finding a good solution for MT, but haven't had the time to test whatever is out there as of late. I used to use the NetflixSuite plugins. I just want to display my currently at home discs, preferably with the small images.
