Blockbuster Looking for Blog/Viral Marketing Manager

Blockbuster is looking for a Blog/Viral Mkt Manager - Online Subscription. The first priority for this person is to stop stupid programs that have Blockbuster employees spamming sites like HackingNetflix. Please have the person read up on astroturfing, and stay away from PayPerPost.

The sales force where I work often have incentive based product promotions. We have strict rules about gaming the incentive system. The spamming I've seen here from BB employees would be grounds for disciplinary action, possibly immediate termination.

It would be relatively easy for BlockBuster to police this. Only allow employee incentive codes to be used though employee channels (the store register, or an on-line kiosk that's been properly registered), and only while the employee is on the clock.
