Watch Instantly Fix for Old Media Center PC's

Pete writes, " It would crash instantly. I searched and searched and found nothing until I started hearing about something called DRM. I was told where the DRM folder was (C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\DRM) but it wasn't there. They told me to go to tools, folder options, view and select show hidden folders. Nothing happend. I gave up for awhile, but it nagged and nagged me. Finally I started clicking other things in the view section of folder options and found that selecting "Display the contents of system folders" made the DRM show up. I deleted all in the folder and tried the watch instantly... Success!!!! "

Has anyone else had this problem?

The first time I used netflix instant movie I spent the entire day watching movies. Now I can't even watch a 20 minute show!!! My laptop shuts down or crashes. I don't know why. I don't think it's overheating since I've used this feature before and nothing happened plus this happened on both laptops. I do have the minimum requirement. Please any advice? I got tired of waiting on the phone for technical support!!!
