This is a great feature. Unfortunately, I'm getting the codec error on my 360 whenever I try to play a movie. I'll keep trying, but it looks like it isn't meant to be just yet. Works fine on my Vista computer though!

Man thats awesome!! I bet netflix's lawyers are going to be all over them for the download feature though.

Too bad I sold my vista MC laptop a couple of months ago :(

Jerry

Is there any way this plug-in can screw up your Xbox?

Jon

Wilsongonewild:same problem here. damn. looks awesome

@Wilsongonewild
I got it to work for me. First on your pc, go to netflix watch now and update player. Then go through the steps again, and reintiliaze player if it asks.

Jesse

Wow, I've been waiting for something like this! Doesn't run on XP media center though? :(

Adam

I'm having the same issue, it says the player cannot initialize or something. If it can work, though, this would be an awesome app.

hueristix

I would like to see something like this for XP. Vista ain't for me and I ain't alone.

Everyone have fun with that download feature, remember that Netflix can detect that you're holding more of the movie on your system then you're supposed to, and will (Without warning) Ban you're Netflix account for breaking the TOS if you use the Download Episode feature, go ahead tho if you want to risk it.

That's great news. We've been waiting a long time for this. Even if it's not official, it still could save the planet.

SoylentGreenIP

Here is one in beta for MCE 2005.

Been trying to get this to work with windows vista but no luck so far. I have been getting a code error that I can't get past. Hope someone can help me with this. I have been able to get the movies to show up in que and everything like that just not been able to watch now feature. :(

ANY NEWS ON IF THIS WILL EVER BE AVAILABLE FOR MACS?

EMILYCash

It is understandable that cash makes people autonomous. But what to do when someone has no money? The one way is to get the credit loans or financial loan.
