Mediafly’s innovative service is set to launch this fall on the Roku player, which will bring many of the Internet’s best shows -- directly to the TV. From NBC, CNN, ESPN, Comedy Central and more to high-quality independent shows on virtually any topic, there is something for everyone. In addition, unlike satellite and cable TV, Mediafly channels are free, sourced from podcasts and directly from Mediafly’s media partners.
Well YouTube is very likely considering there was a screenshot leaked showing it as an option. Blip.tv also looks almost certain:

Something tells me Hulu would only come if Hulu controls what content is available to Roku users. The studios freaked out when Hulu was available via Boxee.
There was also some rumors going around that Sirius radio was going to be offered.

I wish ROKU would just announce what channels will be available this year. They promised 10 channels by the end of the year and it's almost August, what gives?!

The second Hulu and YouTube are added, Roku gets my money.
