Of course I see this 12 hours after I bought the Insignia Netflix-Ready Blu-Ray player off bestbuy.com. argh.

got one!!!!
with tax it came out to $76.36.
Even though I already have a TiVo-HD for my Netflix streaming, at this prices it's worth the effort :-)

I kept trying but couldn't get in... and now it says they're all gone. Oh well.

What a waste of time. Failed servers and then Roku disabled the Checkout button. Ridiculous!

Got an Order Confirmation e-mail from Roku, and my bank account shows the deduction. The last page of checkout froze on me, but I guess I was successful. I won't be too excited until the little guy is on my doorstep.

I got in after a LONG time and it said I had 4 in my shopping cart so I tried to hit the down arrow to get it down to one and of course after a while it came back and said my cart was empty!!!!!!!!!! #@$$!@#!
I emailed them and I am currently on the phone with them to see what they can do.

Total fail.
I got on initially but after clicking the number on the order page, it dropped me. After multiple reloads, I got in again, and same thing again.
They blew it on how to handle so many and being fair about it.

Wow, worst experience ever! I had the item in my cart with the coupon code and entered my credit card number but the order never went through. And then after several attempts to reload for about 30 minutes, I tried to repeat the same process and it tells me that I cannot use that coupon code any more. So sad.

After reading these comments, I'm glad I got the Netflix-Ready Insignia Blu-Ray 12 hours before this sale was announced.

I'd say they made a few hundred customers happy and about 10,000 very unhappy.
Hope they learn from this experience and try to improve this next year...

I'll have to pass on this - it's 2010 now. :(
