Variety reports that Netflix has added the first batch of 53 independent films from IFC to the 18,000 streaming titles. The IFC titles are available immediately on Netflix streaming, and include The Thin Blue Line, Following, and Return of the Secaucus 7.
Hmm... The IFC titles are showing as available for streaming in one of my Netflix queues, but not the other. I guess they're still rolling out the titles to everyone.
.
More likely it's the NF consistent server access issue - try closing out your browser and trying again...

Hard to know what titles were added...I'm hoping for a hardcore movie fan will post up a list.

Not a great way to advertise your additions, if your IFC. Just saying you added something is lazy.
Doesn't appear to be anything that was already in my queue - if they've already added them.

We have a number of titles submitted yesterday that are from IFC, but probably not all of them: Streaming Soon

MCW...streaming soon was the first place I checked. Your right..some titles are there but not all. Would be nice if IFC or NF put up a list for independent movie lovers.

Thanks Prozac, for checking out what we had. We can only add what we'd found, combined with what your users turned up. I think Netflix should add a IFC section, much like their "Starz" section, if they intend to add more IFC material in the future.

Agreed MCW....btw, love the Streaming Soon site. I'm turning alot of people onto your site. Very helpful.

I appreciate that - we certainly try to help out other Netflix users, the best we know how.
Also, after I mentioned that, Andrew spent much of yesterday adding those IFC titles to our site, thanks to user feedback, and I believe we have just about all of them listed, if not every single one. There are a ton of IFC films on the way.
