cj

Here we go again.

BP

There's a 28 day window so that when they DO finally order both - which I'm SURE THEY WILL - they'll get them on November 23rd or so. Therefore, despite how timely your BAWWW is to the previous Blu-ray bitchfest, I can't help but feel there is a concerted effort by you people to be as incorrect as possible when commenting on Netflix on this blog.

If you're truly TEH ANG LEES... How often do you wankers get things completely, utterly wrong? I am truly beginning to wonder if I haven't been batting for the wrong team all this time and corporations really are the ones being victimized here.

Misinformation is a Bad Thing (tm).

No Altitude on DVD or Blu-ray? It's an Anchor Bay release. Netflix is pathetic and isn't even trying to please its customers any more.

BP

You people make me want to claw out my eyes.

KAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHNNNN!

We don't know why Netflix isn't carrying it. It could be because the studios won't sell it, or they are increasing the price beyond what Netflix could pay at the current prices. And as BP says it some are just the 28 day window.

If price is the issue, just because they are making money on one product does not mean they can take a loss on another. Well, I guess they can, it just is stupid, accept for market share issues. Pissing you off just for the hell of it is not profitable.

It is almost the same type of thing with Fox and Cablevision, if you can see that issue clearer. See how both Fox and Cablevision blame the other. You see how the fees Fox charges are going to increase subscribers bills? I don't want Netflix to be another Cablevision, do you? Studios are actually more stealth than the Fox Network, so it is harder to see.

People tired of this crap get blockbuster by mail!!! And say goodbye to streamflix!!! Don't you get it people most morons on this site can careless about the people who want to rent blu-ray and dvds they get there streaming that's all they care about!!!

things

@ jv....blockbuster is on "do not resuscitate" I have tried them too many times and have been treated horribly by them. And calling them "streamflix" is a compliment if you ask me...it better explains what the service is. I imagine they have that trade marked.

I get DVD's from Netflix. No problems. Redbox doesn't have any where near the catalog. Maybe I could new releases quicker?, but it doesn't matter to me.

Kory

The hell is with you guys and your hard on for bluray? It's like the movie is less of a movie for not being bluray? Get off you fanboy high horse. I have bluray on my account, and 99% of all the movies I want to watch are in bluray. You're just looking for things to complain about now. If you don't like Netflix, find something better. Oh wait, there isn't something better, Netflix is the best thing out there.

Ryan, Is that the 28 day delay? We know about that and most say they can wait. If you want them you could pay the cost of getting them elsewhere.

Blah

I will just say it . Streaming is for Poor people

Back to the Future BR - I spoke to someone from NF today and they said it "may" be subject to the 28-day hold up...but she did not say for sure they were going to get it.

You guys should call!
