Last Stop For Paul Writer-director Neil Mandt's indie road movie follows lifelong buddies Charlie (Mandt) and Cliff (Marc Carter) as they embark on an outrageous globe-hopping journey to scatter the ashes of their friend Paul from one end of the world to the other. Choosing a loose, cinema vérité style, Mandt eschewed convention in shooting the comedy, working without a script or production schedule and capturing true spontaneity through improvised performance.
Mr. Mike's Mondo Video Some of the biggest "Saturday Night Live" stars from the show's glory days (including Dan Aykroyd, Jane Curtin, Bill Murray and Gilda Radner) appear in this feature-length spoof of the classic 1960s shock-doc Mondo Cane. Arranged as a series of comically disturbing vignettes featuring celebrities such as Carrie Fisher, Debbie Harry and Sid Vicious, the film is the brainchild of Michael O'Donoghue, a onetime head writer and featured player on SNL.
