I think renting movies on psp is a waste of money for any movie rental co. Who wants to rent movies on psp? Certainly not enough people to make it profitable, especially with portable dvd players so cheap right now and only getting cheaper.

Renting a UMD disc would be just as logical for Netflix as renting some of the more obscure DVD titles that possess a similar-sized audience. The basic mechanics of the business are the same. There would be some upfront cost for re-engineering processes though which requires UMD to reach a certain scale first to make viable.

Hey dipshit, you of all people shouldn't talk about logic. How much of your $100 life savings have you lost on NFLX? You were touting it at $30+, you must love it at $14.

Sounds like Kaltschnee has let all the steroids go to his head.

Anyways.. Hollywood Video is testing renting PSP Games AND MOVIES in 30 stores in the chain right now.
