With all the controversy about the U.S.P.S. Inspector General report on the Netflix & Blockbuster envelopes, I compared the design and construction of the two DVD mailers in a short video:

Blockbuster isn't the only company using the smaller disk mailer envelopes.

It's a better design. NetFlix should change.

It's about the only thing that Blockbuster actually has going for it in it's favor. They should make a business model around the envelopes. :)

Great video! I like the netflix envelope, but it does seem like blockbuster wins this round. It's the only thing their doing right at this point.

Who else uses the smaller BB envelopes? I do like theirs better and hopefully Netflix will change.
