Nooooooo!

Tom

I guess it's because they don't wanna remove the profiles menu? Heh.

I bought it long ago, used it for a while, and stopped. There's now iFlix for the iPhone, though (it's on Installer.app, for hacked iPhones), which is pretty good.

I have Netflix Freak. I haven't used it in a long time, though. I used it to put my Queue in chronological order, back when I was working on the list of 1001 Movies You Must See Before You Die, but I finished that list.

I'm sad to see it go.

What's this talk about an API? Where can I find more? That could potentially render the profile removal moot.

Tom,

iFlix is gone from insaller.app. No longer exists. It was good while it lasted.

No doubt there will be a better alternative when the SDK is released on 7/11.

I also downloaded then stopped using it--but I wanted to start up again, especially now with my Roku box and Instant Play. Wandered around, found out Netflix Freak is being discontinued. Sorry to see it go--but thanks: You combined two of my favorite things: my Mac and Netflix.

I have been using Netflix Freak for more years than I can remember - it was ahead of the curve when it was released and offered easier manipulation of my queue than any other method. My 9 year old daughter has grown up using Freak and counts on it when she wants to add movies to the queue. It will be missed when it (ultimately) breaks due to changes made on the Netflix site. :(
