I have no problem at all searching for comcast shows. I find it to be a delight and very easy.

I, of course, own tivos and avoid comcasts cable boxes like the plague.

"Comcast will continue to work on its programming guide to make it more useful to its customers," Roberts said.

What Comcast needs to do is work on their work ethics. They have got to be the lowest bottom-feeding scum in the cable industry

While I have had problems with what two of the Netflix "higher-ups" have said, at times, I don't have a problem with most of what the company does.

Roberts needs to get his act together, although I doubt he will ever do it.

Cox Cable On Demand menus are anything but easy to navigate.

It is hardly worth the time to weed through their menu titles, only to discover THAT particular program isn't on their OD.

I'm in the process of evaluating Comcast's Digital Perferred w/HD service before deciding to switch to DishNetwork and their "free HD for life" with a 2 year contract.

I have their HD-DVR box and, granted the full Xfinity rollout hasn't come to my hometown, there are so many disappointments with their DVR & the OnDemand Feature that I'm not even interested in detailing the negatives here. I can say the HD-DVR does record in HD format and the few shows I've scheduled have worked (single episode or series.)

Since Xfinity probably won't arrive for me before the DishNetwork offer expires I can only speculate what "improvement" might be available for the premium dollars I'm paying Comcast them now. I think I'll be DishNetwork subscriber before the end of September.

Yeah, it's really hard to press the "VOD" button on the remote. Then scroll to Premium:HBO:HBO Series:Entourage.

People really find that sort of navigation difficult? My 12 year old nephew is able to find Dawg, the Bounty Hunter.

Comcast has the worst customer service ever, and incompetent installers. But Comcast was my only option for high speed internet; the day I found that Uverse was available in my area I dropped Comcast.
