Netlfix is having streaming problem tonight, and there were a number of reports on Twitter that Netflix streaming was down. I had problems with the Roku & Mac, but both now appear to be working.
Are you having trouble with Netflix streaming?
Thanks to Frank & Noor for alerting me to this problem.

Thank you for the post, I have been looking around for an answer for the past hour. Even deactivated and reactivated my 360 in hopes that would fix it. All I got for my troubles was a locked up 360 and more questions than answers. Now I understand why the account in the kids room is working while our account in the living room is not. Down servers and cripled streaming capabilities, guess my account is one of the unlucky ones.
My streaming on my Roku box has been down for several hours. It's quite annoying since I've been wanting to finish the last few episodes of the final season of Numb3rs.
Saw this too only before it happened I was perusing my queue and suddenly both DVD & Streaming queues disappeared, i.e. went to zero (both had over 100 titles in them). Good thing they all came back.
My que disappeared when I tried to add a movie to it. It was like that for a few hours, then I went to bed. My que returned this morning. Maybe it went out to walk the dog.
I tried to access netflix via PS3 last night and it pretty much got stuck on the initial loading screen. Waited for about 3 or 4 minutes for the queues and lists to appear, but it never happened. I gave up and pulled out a good old fashioned, reliable DVD instead.
I think this is directly related to the new "Manage Video Quality" feature that was added last night. I guess there was no way to add a new feature like that without making a few waves in the process. I guess this is good news for those people that are under tight bandwidth caps. I'm looking at you AT&T!
I haven't tried streaming last night or this morning, but now (9:52am PDT) the Netflix site seems to be down--going directly to the web site, as well as some shortcuts I have to the DVD queue, Instant Queue are displaying "Netflix Site Error".
However, the What's New DVD link seems to still be working: http://www.netflix.com/AllNewReleases
Also, streaming is working on my Roku at the moment, but then I have the Roku set up to look for just the 4-dot stream (a "secret" setting in the Roku).
Netflix clearly stated on their website last night that they would be down for maintenance beginning at 0300 Pacific Time and hoped to be back up in an hour. In typical Netflix fashion, they began early, at least with the website. Everything in my queues disappeared, but all is well this morning.
As of 12:38pm PT the only information on the Netflix website I could get was about streaming. The browse DVD tab took me to a "not found" page, and my queue showed only streaming.
This is disregard for DVD customers is rapidly becoming intolerable.
Yeah, I have been having problems on my Mac. Seems NF streaming has been worse and worse the more they hang their future on streaming. This does not bode well.
Add that to the new, horrible, customer antagonistic web page, and I am >< this close to dumping them and going with a combo of Redbox and Hulu, etc. NF is slowly committing suicide, IMHO.
I had problems for about a half an hour last night. At first I thought it was just my bandwidth slowing down, but a quick check showed everything was fine. Also had the same problem mentioned about not being able to add to or reorder a queue. Knew it wasn't just me when I called Netflix and heard "We're experiencing higher than average call volume" and instead of telling me how long to hold the recording said to call back.

That is so awesome. I work in a call center doing technical support and I so wish we had a similar recording! Reality is, the CS rep would have been powerless to help you with this problem in any way and it would have been a waste of your time and theirs to speak to them for even 20 seconds. Take this from someone who does this sort of thing for a living. Unless you're sure it's within a realistic scope of them being able to help you fix the problem, don't call them. These guys are already relentlessly bogged down with idiotic, worthless calls, which is why there was such a long hold time in the first place. All they're going to be able to do is run damage control and tell you something to the effect of "We are aware of the problem and our engineers are working diligently to fix this. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Have a nice day."

Wow, you really think that a website problem that happens to result in you not being able to look at your queue for a night means that Netflix doesn't care about DVD customers? Honestly? You really think that problems come up and they're like, "oh, wait, the website only doesn't work on the DVD queue page, so I'll just ignore it til everyone unsubscribes or starts streaming instead"?
You really post on a thread about "streaming problems" claiming that a page not found error for your DVD queue means Netflix doesn't care about DVD users?

EEk--I need a re-edit button. I gave streaming a try after writing the first to paragraphs in the preceding message.
Most of the web site is still down.

The web site is now working fine for me. Now if only they ship the short wait at the top of my queue. :)

No problems at all last night. I streamed Superman the Movie in it's entirety. I'm not sure why I never see these problems other people claim to.
Although I wasn't able to remove titles from my instant queue. But that was hardly a big annoyance.

I was having trouble accessing Netflix via my Song Dash, I kept getting a Error Code 300. Streaming works through my laptop though.

When Netflix is down, it's like America is broken.
